Print, Slide and Digital projected images Ladders

Subject:
Round 1: Open (No Set Subject)
Round 2: Looking Up
Round 3: A Book Title
Round 4: Open (No Set Subject)

Special Rules:

A maximum of 2 colour prints, 2 mono prints, 2 slides and 2 digital projection images from each member can be entered into each round.

For Open Rounds: Your photos can be of any subject or style, and do not need to be linked in any way.

Round 2: Looking Up
The obvious translation is to tilt the camera upwards and shoot tall buildings, majestic trees etc or to lie flat on the floor so that everything is above camera height.
There are, however, many less obvious interpretations which could easily provide you with the winning shot so think laterally and come up with an idea which may not be entered by other members.

Round 3: A Book Title
You will need to make the title of your image the title of a Fiction book (as opposed to Non-fiction) and this should include the name of the author of the book.
Your image will be judged as to how well it illustrates the book title you have selected and points will be won or lost depending on how obvious the connection. One of the judges has asked for time to guess the book title before it is announced so it will be interesting to see just how many fall into the "very obvious" category.
