Instructions:
1) Enter your name and membership number
2) Select the format and Competition.
3) Enter the Names of your photos
4) To print, go to File, Print
Please Note: Completed Entry forms, together with the slides,
prints and/or digital images must be submitted at least one week prior to the competition date.
Slides should be titled and spotted with the author's name or Club
membership number clearly written on the mount.
The spot should be placed in the bottom left hand corner of the frame when the
slide is looked at the correct way round and the correct way up
Prints must be titled on the reverse and show the author's club membership number. The
Author's name may also be shown, if desired.
Digital Images. It is preferable to hand in your images on a memory stick (labled with your name and membership number) along with your completed entry form. The image should be labled with your membership number and the image name. If you prefer to email your images to the Digital Competition Secretary your entry form should be handed in at a club meeting. The third option is to hand your images in on a disc, we have found that this is not always compatible with our laptop software so could cause a few problems.
