TALES FROM A TRAVELLING MAN

Spend a day in Kathmandu with Neil Stewart before crossing the border into Bhutan - the mysterious Land of the Thunder Dragon. The journey concludes as he travels from Darjeeling to Delhi with stories and images covering the Toy Train, the conquest of Everest and life on a working tea estate.

PRACTICAL PHOTOGRAPHY GROUP MEETING

"The best things come in small packages"

Not simply praise for our esteemed Chairman, but a practical session on macro photography. This will start with a simple table top demo of using macro lenses through to understanding the `focus stacking' technique to produce macro images with massive DOF.

A WEEK IN THE GALAPAGOS

Derek Trendell ARPS shows what can be achieved in just seven days in this beautiful collection of Islands. Natural history, wildlife and exotic birds are all waiting for you to capture their image.

Once again, 8 club members share their digital work for a maximum time of 10 minutes each. A superb evening's entertainment covering a wide range of subjects. No judging - no marks. Just a relaxing evening to end the season.

Following last season's successful event, we shall again meet for dinner which will be followed by the presentation of the trophies and shields to this season's winning photographers.
